The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the consumer within a reasonable period (hereinafter also referred to as the “delivery period”). Deliveries of goods for which the Seller has confirmed the order will be carried out according to the Seller’s operational capabilities, usually within 4 hours to 5 business days from the binding confirmation of the order. In exceptional cases, the Seller may unilaterally extend the delivery period, even repeatedly. The Seller reserves the right to extend the delivery period in cases of force majeure or when it is not possible, for objective reasons, to carry out the delivery within the usual delivery period. In the event of a change in the delivery period, the Seller will inform the consumer of this fact via electronic message (email) or SMS. The consumer will be additionally informed about the dispatch of the goods or their readiness for personal pickup via electronic message (email) and/or SMS.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order and/or withdraw from the contract of sale:

If the consumer orders a higher quantity of goods than the informatively stated currently available quantity in the Seller’s warehouse, the e-shop will allow the creation of the order. After submitting the order, the consumer will be informed about the availability of the goods and may decide on immediate partial delivery of the goods available in stock or delivery of the entire ordered quantity of goods once it becomes available.

If delivery via an intermediary is selected, the Seller will deliver the ordered goods to the address specified by the consumer as the delivery address in the order. The delivery of goods does not include installation or other services (e.g. unloading of goods, etc.). The consumer is obliged to receive the goods at the place of delivery personally or ensure that the goods are received by a person authorized by the consumer in case of their absence. The authorized person receiving the goods is obliged to present the Seller or the delivery intermediary with the original written power of attorney. If the delivered goods are subject to special regulations requiring the purchaser to have reached a minimum age, the Seller or the delivery intermediary has the right to verify that the purchaser has reached the required age to receive the goods.

The consumer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods and their packaging immediately upon delivery. If the consumer finds that the goods or their packaging are mechanically damaged, they are obliged to demonstrably report this fact by making a note on the delivery confirmation to the delivery intermediary and, in their presence, check the condition of the goods in the shipment. If damage to the goods is found, the consumer is obliged to make a record of the extent and nature of the damage to the goods on the delivery documents, the accuracy of which must be confirmed by the delivery intermediary (courier). Based on such a record delivered to the Seller, the Seller may subsequently provide removal of defects, a discount on the goods, or, in the case of irreparable defects, deliver new goods to the consumer. The Seller is not liable for damage to the goods caused by the consumer.

The consumer is obliged to confirm receipt of the ordered goods upon delivery by their signature or by the signature of an authorized person on the delivery note.

If the consumer chooses personal pickup as the delivery method, the goods will be prepared by the Seller for pickup after the consumer receives a notice of availability for pickup at the Seller’s retail stores or warehouse. The addresses of the premises and the operating hours of the personal pickup location are available when creating the order and/or upon order confirmation by the Seller. If the consumer does not collect the goods within 7 days after the notice of availability for pickup, the Seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale.

Upon personal pickup or together with the shipment of goods, the Seller will provide the consumer with a delivery note. The tax document (invoice) is sent by the Seller to the consumer in electronic form (hereinafter referred to as the “electronic invoice”) to the consumer’s email address. For this purpose, an electronic invoice means an electronic document in PDF format which may, but does not have to be, signed with the Seller’s electronic signature pursuant to special regulations, and the electronic invoice is a full substitute for a paper-form invoice (tax document).
