The basis of this sparkling wine is 100% Chardonnay. It has a vanilla-cream bouquet and a fresh fruity taste with a rich refreshing effervescence. It is finished using the traditional method of secondary fermentation known since the 17th century. In our case, fermentation takes place in individual glass bottles, where each bottle of sparkling wine is literally unique. Our Sekt matures and refines for at least 18 months in bottles stored in the original shaking racks until finalization.
