Šimon is from Bratislava, but his family roots trace back to Rača, where his grandfather was involved in viticulture and winemaking. Thanks to him, Šimon has been charmed by the beauty and tradition of winemaking since childhood.
His passion for wine deepened through his studies at the Secondary School of Wine and Fruit Production in Modra, where he specialized in sommelier studies. After graduating, he decided to stay in the wine industry and started working at a winery in Devín. There, he not only expanded his theoretical knowledge but also gained valuable practical experience and grew even closer to the world of wine.
Today, he works as a sommelier in the Slovak National Wine Collection, where he continues to develop his sommelier expertise.
