Fresh greenish-yellow appearance with intense effervescence. Pure mineral aroma with chords of sweet yellow apples, apple cider and pieces of pineapple. High Riesling acidity is softened by a sensitively dosed dosage liqueur. It remains persistent in the taste and in the aftertaste with a surprisingly long finish.
